Aura designed and produced a two day Conference for the top 150 Marketing & Distribution Directors of a FTSE100 consumer goods company. It was the first global meeting for this group for over 10 years and so it was a particularly high-profile occasion within the company.

The agenda included a welcome evening, global plenary meeting, celebration evening and a day of regional meetings and evening events.

Aura delivered the following:

  • Venue and other supplier sourcing and management
  • Conference management, including technical requirements - staging, lighting, sound, video and graphics support

  • Print design and production - invites, information packs and welcome packs
  • Post-event wrap-up including feedback analysis
Evening activities included mini-champagne on vintage Routemaster buses, cocktails at The RAC, walk past a military brass band at dusk in St James's Square, and exclusive hire of Quaglino's for dinner with live entertainment from the Divas Incognito….all topped off with a rank of rickshaws outside to take guests out afterwards.

The event was such a success that there is now a real appetite to continue to host this global conference on a regular basis.
