Erin Hepher, Managing Director
Erin Hepher has worked in marketing for leading professional services firms for the last ten years, most recently as Marketing Manager for Bain & Company in the UK. At Bain she and her team led the Relationships Marketing activity for the 35 London Partners, in addition to designing and delivering over 50 client events a year at which the most senior directors of the UK's leading companies were hosted.
Martin Turner, Head of Events
Martin Turner has worked in the events and live communications business for 26 years. He has worked on both the agency and consultancy side of the business as well as Investment Banking. Martin was Global Head of Events at Credit Suisse, and has worked as a specialist event and live communications consultant to UBS and Lehman Brothers. Martin has a wealth of international experience having produced conferences, meetings, incentive travel, learning and development, brand experiences and communication programs in UK/Europe, Africa/Middle East, Asia Pacific and The Americas. He is a published journalist, and guest lecturer in event management at Kings College London.
Zoë Marshall, Director & Head of Relationships Marketing
Zoë Marshall has six years experience in high-end professional services Relationships Marketing. In her last role she worked at Bain & Company, managing all contacts management for the London Partners. This involved designing and implementing the machine for categorising and prioritising Bain’s UK business relationships, overseeing all event invitation strategies and processes, and supporting the delivery of the events themselves.
Jennifer Harris, Senior Adviser to Aura
Jennifer Harris is the Managing Director of JRBH Strategy & Management, a business that helps its clients identify new ways to create growth and then works with them to deliver it. Jennifer is also a monthly columnist in Management Today and holds a seat on the Advisory Board of the Centre for Public Policy Seminars (CPPS). In 2005 Jennifer was named Young Business Woman of the Year by The Times, and in 2006 she was named in Management Today's top '35 women under 35'. Jennifer holds an MA from Cambridge University in Classics and is a graduate of The Judge Business School, Cambridge.
Laura Carter, Events Director
Laura Carter has eight years experience in world-class event design, delivery, and management. Laura most recently worked at Sankaty Advisors, the debt-focused hedge fund of Bain Capital, where she was responsible for managing all their recruiting events. Prior to this Laura was Events Manager at Quintus Events, where she produced large scale tennis events, such as The Marsh Classic at The Hurlingham Club and the BlackRock Masters at the Royal Albert Hall. Before joining Quintus, Laura spent five years at Bain & Company, working within the Relationships Marketing team, specifically focusing on the delivery and execution of client events. Laura began her career by spending a year in Amsterdam with MCI WorldCom, helping with the project management of an international telecoms assignment.
The rest of Aura's team comprises senior project and event managers with extensive professional services backgrounds. Aura prides itself on world class project management expertise, client communication and obsessive attention to detail in everything we do.
